As part of Konica Minolta’s ongoing commitment to improving our service there we will be a planned upgrade to our backend systems taking place from Friday 13th June to Monday 16th June

During the upgrade there will be a short period of planned downtime, where our on-line ordering portal (eBiz) will be offline from Friday 13th June, during which time you will not be able to place orders or book service calls. 
If your request is urgent, please contact our Service Desk directly, who will be happy to assist you.
If your device is set up to auto-order,  these orders will be processed automatically as soon as our systems are back up and running on Monday, June 16th.  Please be assured we will do everything possible to minimise any disruption.
 
Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst we complete these necessary improvements to our systems.
