Order Toner and consumables

The quickest and easiest way to order toner and consumables is through the Customer Portal. Once logged in, you can:

1. Enter your device number
2. Place an order in just a few clicks
3. View previous orders

If you cannot access the portal, you can also order via our automated phone service on 0371 574 7200 (select option 2).

If your toner is low or empty, log in to the Customer Portal and place an order immediately to avoid downtime.

If your device is connected to Remote Care, replacement toner is usually sent automatically before it runs out. If this hasn’t happened, please log a service request through the portal so we can investigate.

You can track your toner order in the Customer Portal under the Orders section.

There you can:

• Check if an order has been placed
• View dispatch status
• See delivery details

If you believe an order is missing or delayed, please raise a service request via the portal and include your order number if available.

A full waste toner box can stop your device from printing.

To resolve this:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal
2. Order a replacement waste toner box
3. Install the new box once it arrives

If you’re unable to order or the device is already stopped, please log a service ticket through the portal for urgent support.

We offer a recycling programme for used and unused toner cartridges.

You can:

• Request recycling boxes on your customer portal
• Arrange collection

If the toner delivered doesn’t match your device:
