Konica Minolta has achieved the coveted international child-safe toy certification for its AccurioPress C14000 high speed production press after rigorous paper testing lasting almost two weeks.
TÜV Rheinland represents safety and quality accreditation in virtually all areas of business life. It is a trustworthy system of test mark validity, reference and proof certification. The award-winning Konica Minolta C14000 met TÜV Rheinland’s proof criteria for toy testing. The specific categories are EN 71-3 and EN 71-9 for toy safety.
Konica Minolta’s AccurioPress C14000, which was launched two years ago, prints at 140 pages per minute (ppm) and is faster than any other toner-based machine from Konica Minolta. Together with the AccurioPress C12000, a second model in the series that has a speed of 120 ppm, the award-winning flagship production presses are Konica Minolta’s first foray into the high-volume toner printing segment.
Malcolm Smith, Category Manager of Production & Industrial Print, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd said: “We are delighted and proud that our AccurioPress C14000 flagship press has achieved this third-party child-safe toy international accreditation. The machines are perfect examples of how all our machines are incredibly versatile and have so many different uses across so many sectors.“
