Konica Minolta supports Crisis at Christmas with 33 colour A4 multifunction devices and ongoing support

London, UK | 21 December 2021

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is proud to announce its support for the homeless charity, Crisis and its Crisis at Christmas campaign. The company is providing 33 colour A4 multifunction devices (MFD’s - bizhub C3351 and bizhub C3851), PaperCut print management and ongoing technical support, to Crisis sites located throughout Greater London.

Crisis helps people directly out of homelessness and campaigns for the social changes needed to solve it altogether. Each Christmas, Crisis mobilises a volunteering effort to provide warmth, companionship and vital services to people facing homelessness.

Peter Hope, Technical Architect, Professional Services Division at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) commented, “We are proud that Crisis are benefiting from our devices and ongoing support services, to help people take their first steps out of homelessness.”

Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK has a longstanding commitment to supporting organisations that help the homeless. In December 2020, the company’s partnership with The Big Issue was recognised by the Better Society Awards, with the presentation of a ‘Tech for Good Award’.

The company is supporting Crisis through The Aimar Foundation, which helps charities achieve their aspirations through the efficient implementation, application, and utilisation of technology. The Foundation has been providing to Crisis since 2008.

Simon Clark, CEO of The Aimar Foundation commented, “Konica Minolta has been a great partner in making a step change in our printing solution this year - from high end machines and quality colour printing, to enabling key functionality like ’scan to print’ and ‘email to print’. We are deeply grateful to the whole team at Konica Minolta (and Peter Hope and Helen Markey specifically), as they have been instrumental to ensuring we deliver this successfully.”
