Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is delighted to offer its partners next-day delivery across its office equipment, entry-level Professional Print devices, and full range of genuine consumables. This enhancement helps partners respond more quickly to customer requirements, reduce lead times, and improve overall service levels.

The new service is being introduced in collaboration with Konica Minolta’s authorised hardware and consumables distributor - Westcoast. The programme is being rolled out in phases and gives partners the choice to order directly from Konica Minolta, or from Westcoast, that will accept orders up to 5.00pm for next-day delivery.Konica Minolta is expanding its dedicated channel support team to support this new initiative and is fully committed to supporting and growing its accredited Partner Programme network throughout the UK.

“Through our partner roundtables and survey we listened closely to their requirements for faster delivery, and by collaborating with Westcoast, we are significantly reducing lead times and costs.” 

The introduction of real-time stock visibility (held at Westcoast’s state-of-the-art distribution centre in Hampshire) and ERP system integration means partners can better manage their customer expectations, delivery operations and cashflow.   

The enhanced partner service was successfully piloted earlier this year and is now being expanded nationally in phases. It is one of many partner initiatives the company has introduced in recent months. These include the appointment of a new Sales Director (James Pittick) with a remit to use his extensive experience of partner ecosystems to develop new and innovative programme enhancements. 2026 will also see scaling up of lead generation efforts for and with authorised channel partners. This includes supporting partners to host customer engagements, events and demonstrations of digital workplace and professional print solutions at Konica Minolta’s Client Engagement Centre (CEC) in Dunstable.

Last month it was reported that Konica Minolta has been independently verified as the number one for colour A3 MFPs in Europe. James adds: “Our partners were a major part of this.
