Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd announces that Service Graphics Southern Mail (part of the Paragon Group) has become the first UK customer to receive its new AccurioPress C7100 digital colour press. Service Graphics Southern Mail is using the AccurioPress C7100 as a key addition within its new Taunton-based direct mail facility.
The AccurioPress C7100 digital colour press was launched in June 2021. It boasts intelligent automation and enhanced finishing to flawless quality, advanced capabilities, and exceptional durability.
The press was installed by Konica Minolta at the Taunton site at the end of June. With a compact footprint considering its flexibility and high-quality output abilities, the move to Konica Minolta’s solution was an obvious choice as Mike Holyoake, Managing Director of Service Graphics commented, “Whilst different manufacturers continually steal a lead on each other in the market, it’s hard to find anything better than Konica Minolta right now. We spoke to the team about our print requirements and found them exceptionally responsive and we were also won over by the overall post-sale proposition.”
Service Graphics Southern Mail specialises in working with small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industry sectors. The company prides itself on having close working relationships with its customers, placing the needs of the customer at the forefront of everything they do to deliver the highest quality in direct and hybrid mail.
Neil Hyde, Solutions Architect, Professional Print Central Communications at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd also commented, “This is the first AccurioPress C7100 to be sold in the UK and we are proud to see it taking centre-stage in supporting this exciting new venture. It is important for us to build upon this partnership with Service Graphics and the Paragon Group, to demonstrate not only technical excellence but also the all-important expert support too.”
With an impressive click-rate and reduced wastage through excellent quality controls (which benefits the environment as well as the business), this installation will have wider ramifications for the Service Graphics Group of Companies. Mike concluded, “We are also looking for other opportunities to use the capabilities of the AccurioPress C7100 elsewhere within our business, sharing the knowledge and performance feedback around our network for future potential decisions. We share very similar core values to Konica Minolta in terms of partnership, client focus and superior service delivery, which makes this an ideal professional relationship as we move forward and meet our collective business aspirations.”
