London, UK | 9 March 2021

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd announces it has been included as a key supplier for Higher Education establishments on the latest NEPA (National Education Printer Agreement) Framework.

Inclusion on the NEPA Framework ensures Konica Minolta is a preferred supplier of full print supply capability, along with related services and peripherals, for over 130 institutions across the UK. Konica Minolta has been successful on Lot 2 (Managed Print), Lot 3 (Production Print) and Lot 4 (One-stop Shop) for the Agreement.

Jonathan Smith, Head of Public Sector at Konica Minolta states, “We are proud to be included on this next iteration of the NEPA Framework, which provides important guidance for Higher Education establishments looking to procure technology solutions that meet their requirements. We look forward to offering our solutions directly to these organisations through the Framework so they are able to benefit from fixed contract and pricing agreements that deliver not only the best value, but also the most up-to-date and relevant technology.”

Konica Minolta has a wealth of experience and expertise in supporting Education Sector clients with their specific print and technology requirements.

The NEPA Framework ensures providers deliver a guaranteed full print equipment supply capability to include peripherals as well as associated add-on services. Included in the Framework remit is office document print hardware, multi-functional devices, print production hardware, print management solutions and services (including software solutions if required) and additional peripheral hardware to enable fulfilment of managed print services.

Jonathan Smith adds, “Konica Minolta is fully committed to this approach, and we are listed on a number of UK Frameworks as part of our commitment to public sector buyers. The considerable benefits to Higher Education customers include cost savings, faster procurement, and compliance peace of mind. Additionally, this provides a full continuity of parts, consumables and accessories throughout the contract.”
