Konica Minolta a finalist in three categories in the Print IT Awards 2022

London, UK | 31 October 2022

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has been shortlisted in three categories in the Print IT Awards 2022 for 'Device Management Solution of the Year', 'Security Solution of the Year', and 'Print IT Award for Employee Experience'.

The ‘Device Management Solution of the Year’ entry features Konica Minolta’s Customer Satisfaction Remote Care (CSRC), which is used to expertly remote monitor and maintain customers’ MFP fleets, ensuring maximised system availability and minimal downtime, and thereby increasing productivity. With CSRC, data is relayed in real-time to Konica Minolta’s service management system, advising the service team about routine maintenance that's required, or to rectify a technical problem.
Konica Minolta’s entry for 'Security Solution of the Year' highlights its range of high security features for the bizhub i-Series range of MFPs. This includes bizhub SECURE, which secures the MFP and its hard drive to safeguard data, and features password protection to secure sensitive document data by storing it in a protected box or folder. It also features the bizhub SECURE Notifier App (which comes as standard with bizhub SECURE) that enables the system administrator to monitor the printer’s security settings using the bizhub control panel. The bizhub i-Series range also features Bitdefender Antivirus to protect against document-borne viruses and malware.
The entry for 'Print IT Award for Employee Experience' reflects Konica Minolta’s commitment to fostering trust and providing support for its current and prospective employees. This includes a selection of various Learning and Development initiatives and a fully choice-based approach to where, when, and how employees work. The entry also underlines the commitment to employee engagement, its Employee Representative Groups, and its Awards programme, which recognises the varied employee contributions to the business and its teams.
