Purpose & Event: Promotional campaign around The Print Show 2026 (29 September–1 October 2026, NEC Birmingham, Hall 1, Stand P410), featuring collaboration with artist Greg Horn and digital reproductions of his owned artwork.
- Copies of three limited-edition Greg Horn artworks available as a no fee giveaway promotional campaign to up to a maximum of 300 registrants who attend the Event and meet the eligibility requirements.
- Low-resolution previews of the three artworks are available on the registration form.
- Visitors who meet the eligibility criteria below can register their details and select their preferred artwork on Konica Minolta’s landing page set up for the Event.
- Artwork allocation is strictly subject to availability. Registration alone does not guarantee receipt of an artwork.
- The promotion is for non-profit purposes and strictly intended for commercial organisations with solely print industry activities.
- Organisations and people working solely in unrelated industries may not be eligible to receive artwork.
- Registrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Registrants must use a valid business/company email address associated with the organisation for which they work.
- Addresses such as but not limited to: Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo and similar services, are not eligible for registration.
- Konica Minolta reserves the right to verify a registrant’s employment, business email address status and to reject or cancel registrations that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
- A maximum of one Greg Horn artwork may be allocated to each eligible registrant.
- Multiple registrations from the same organisation or person does not entitle more than one artwork copy.
- Duplicate, misleading or otherwise ineligible registrations may be cancelled.
- Allocated artwork must be collected by the successful registrant from the Konica Minolta stand (Stand P410) during The Print Show 2026, 29 September–1 October 2026 at the NEC Birmingham (“Event”).
- The artwork will not be posted, couriered or otherwise delivered to registrants.
- Artwork cannot be collected after 4 p.m. on the last day of the Event.
- The person to whom the artwork has been allocated must attend the Event and collect it in person.
- Any uncollected allocated artwork will be returned to the artist and/or distributed at the discretion of Konica Minolta.
- The artwork is created by Greg Horn and is being used as part of an exclusive promotional collaboration.
- Only artwork imagery approved for campaign use should appear on the landing page and promotional materials; low-resolution previews are planned for the registration page.
- Receiving a physical artwork will not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual-property rights from Mr Horn to the recipient.
- Where the recipient wishes to use the artwork for another purpose, Mr Horn’s express written consent is required.
- Personal data will be collected to administer registration, verify eligibility and manage artwork allocation and collection.
- The landing page sets out Konica Minolta’s privacy notice and use of personal data submitted within the registration data.
- By submitting details on Konica Minolta’s landing page, the registrant gives express consent to Konica Minolta using the personal data for the purpose of the Event and associated marketing consent.
- Registrants have the right at any time to withdraw their consent to their personal data being processed and used for future marketing by contacting Konica Minolta’s Data Protection Officer at the details in the landing page.
As this is a free to enter promotion, Konica Minolta shall have no liability to any registrant or its organisation where it reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute elements of the promotion where reasonably necessary without claim for any replacement, monetary value and/or other compensatory remedy where a registrant does not receive the artwork for whatever reason.
