In many cases, we may be able to resolve your issue remotely – this brochure explains how we do this but also how to get remote support. Far quicker than logging a request for an engineer to visit you onsite.

Konica Minolta’s Remote Service Platform is a secure cloud-based platform that enables remote servicing of Konica Minolta devices. By servicing your devices remotely, you do not need to book or wait for an engineer and the uptime of your devices is maximised.
