Office Print Training Options
Depending on your requirements, we can offer three levels of training – Foundation, Professional and Bespoke.
You, your organisation and your employees all have individual needs. We'll capture all of these to ensure that at each stage of the training process everyone is fully supported. And that they'll have time to effectively learn the skills needed to support your investment.
Developing a training plan
Initially our team will confirm the focus areas for training across your organisation. They’ll then work with you to produce a tailored training and consultancy plan, using resources from our Training Academy.
The final proposed training plan will be shared with you and agreed before any further consultancy or the actual training takes place. Giving you the time to review, without any obligation, making sure it meets your objectives.
Training will only take place once you've approved the course outline and training materials.

What's covered
The session/s will cover the topics agreed between you and our technical support consultants. It's likely to incorporate elements from both the Foundation and Professional packages, and will also include professional colour management, workflow enhancements, floor-walking support to answer users' questions / suggestions and many other items based around your specific requirements.
"Firstly, the training team's approach was excellent, staff have fed back about how knowledgeable and professional they came across and how they adapted the pace if the training to suit the needs of the staff.
However, it's the additional support and assistance they provided that I need to compliment on, the Konica Minolta training team provided support and work-arounds for the problems we had been dealing with since install, which helped immensely.
