The product especially appealed to the expert jury due to the all-in-one solution which it provides for IT infrastructure, which is essential for small and medium-sized business (SMB).
The “IT Product of the Year” competition is in its thirteenth year of assessing products, whose features significantly differ from the direct competition. The jury consists of expert journalists from the Czech and international editorial boards of the IDG publishing house.
“I see the award as confirmation of the fact that we are developing in the correct direction in the area of IT services. And I appreciate it all the more due to the fact that this specifically involves the Workplace Hub platform, whose software was largely created by Czech programmers at our Brno innovation centre,” said Vladimír Horák, the Business Development Manager for WPH, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech.
“The current business environment is under ever increasing pressure to provide security, flexibility and performance in IT technology. We mainly gave the award to Workplace Hub, because it enables the simple coverage of all these needs even for small companies which are trying to become established in the market,” said Radan Dolejš, the editor in chief of the Computerworld expert monthly and a member of the competition jury.
Besides, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech received the award for the “Best Case Study” for its installation of its smart glasses AIRe Lens at the AZ Klima company in the IDG Czech publishing house’s competition.
