Konica Minolta shares visions and solutions with its dealer partners at European Leadership Campus 2019

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe will be welcoming more than 1,000 of its international retail partners to its European Leadership Campus (ELC) 2019. Being held on 18 October in Copenhagen, Denmark, this year’s major summit will bring together Konica Minolta’s channel partners to showcase the company’s newest products, solutions and services and to provide a forum to learn about and discuss evolving market needs. In 2019, the main theme of ELC is “Rethink Your Scope” - inviting attendees to consider both the challenges and the opportunities presented to them and their customers by digital transformation. Hence, one particular focus is Konica Minolta’s groundbreaking Workplace Hub - a true all-in-one IoT solution for the connected workplace that helps businesses to simplify their IT infrastructure.

“We are delighted to welcome our channel partners at our European Leadership Campus”, said Keiji Okamoto, President of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe. “Our theme this year – ‘Rethink your Scope’ – is both an invitation and a challenge to ourselves and our partners alike. Together, we can question the status quo and realise exciting new opportunities. As a company, we are perfectly positioned to usher in the new era of the ‘Connected Workplace’. By rethinking the nature of work, we are providing solutions such as Workplace Hub that epitomise our vision to bring together people, spaces and devices. At the ELC 2019, we will show our valued partners how we are empowering them to bring this transformation to their customers.”

The ELC 2019 offers partners from across Konica Minolta’s European and CAMEA region insights into key market trends as well as the company’s visionary outlook to address the emerging opportunities of today and tomorrow – from office or professional printing to IT services solutions. Most notably, the programme will include main stage keynote addresses from Shoei Yamana, President, and CEO of Konica Minolta, Inc., who will offer a global perspective on the company and from Keiji Okamoto, who will outline Konica Minolta’s channel strategy for the region. The campus will also provide a showcase of a breadth of products, solutions, and services from Konica Minolta. In addition to Workplace Hub, the partners can also experience the latest innovations and learn more about new office or professional printing technology products and solutions for secure, efficient business processes and document management.

“The European Leadership Campus is much more than a conference”, explains Olaf Lorenz, General Manager of the International Marketing Division at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe. “The campus format allows for a real exchange of knowledge with our valued trade partners. Attendees will be able to engage with both the visionary and the specific as well as forward-looking presentations on themes such as the evolution of the ‘Connected Workplace’ or the challenge of fake news, for which we are offering practical business seminars. These will explore how our retail partners can benefit from the sales opportunities presented by new solutions such as Workplace Hub, augmented reality products and Konica Minolta solutions, designed to support more sustainable business processes. And for Professional Printing, there is also so much to see at the ELC! World premiere hardware is going to be exclusively shown – even before its global launch. Visitors to the ELC 2019 will not be disappointed.”

In line with Konica Minolta’s deep commitment to sustainability, the ELC 2019 will again be completely carbon-neutral. In 2019, all carbon emissions will be compensated for, including all overnight stays and travel activities of all guests and Konica Minolta crew members, meals and drinks, transportation of display items, waste, cleaning of textiles and even exhibition materials.
