Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd announces that it will be giving live demonstrations of how its Video Solution Services (VSS) can improve pupil, staff and site safety and security, at the Schools & Academies Show. As a proud Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework supplier, Konica Minolta will be exhibiting in the CPL Village, on 17th November 2022, at the NEC in Birmingham.
Konica Minolta’s VSS provide the ideal solution for any school and academy wanting to upgrade its existing CCTV infrastructure with a better performing and more cost-effective solution, capable of replacing multiple analogue cameras with a single camera. Visitors to the CPL Village will learn from the experience of The Sweyne Park School in Essex, which is using the technology for its corridors, dining rooms and vulnerable areas, to help keep pupils, staff, and visitors safe.
It’s so easy to install that we can now fit and configure additional cameras within 20 minutes. The quality of the images returned are second to none, providing clarity that is above and beyond what our previous solution would provide. In addition to the 3600 viewing, the solution provides comfort that there won’t be any blackspots in viewing, providing 24/7 security for everyone within the school grounds.
Dan Joslin
Network Manager at The Sweyne Park School
We are immensely proud of our accomplishments with schools and academies, through the Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework. Not only is it rewarding to know that our technology is contributing to improving safety and security, but it also reduces costs, enabling valuable resources to be directed to other areas of education and operation.
