For products with OneRate
For our OneRate customers, professional repair and maintenance services - including all necessary parts - are fully covered. Your machine is monitored and if you experience an issue, you can submit a service request directly online via our
Customer Self-Service Portal. We’ll assess the request and
aim to resolve it remotely whenever possible. If an on-site visit is required, our Nationwide Field Service Technicians will attend promptly and get you printing again.
For products purchased directly:
Printers without OneRate do not include repair and maintenance services. Please
contact our customer support if you have further questions.
