How do I install my new printer?
If you lease your printer with OneRate, Konica Minolta will take care of pre-configuration, delivery and installation of your new printer for free. Konica Minolta will get in contact with you to arrange a delivery and installation date. See more information here.
What should I do if I have a maintenance issue?
Your printer’s 24/7 Smart Remote Support will notify you of any maintenance requirements. Once notified, simply raise a service call in our Customer Self-Service Portal and we will take care of the repair at no extra cost. Find out more here.
How can I pay for my OneRate plan?
You have a few flexible payment options:
  • Invoice: Your plan is billed quarterly at a flat monthly rate. Any overcharges from your plan will also be included on the invoice.
  • Direct Debit: You can choose to pay automatically via direct debit for added convenience.

Will my leased printer be new?
Yes, all OneRate printers are currently brand new. Coming soon: high-quality bizhub Refreshed devices - like-new premium refurbished printers offered with OneRate.
Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoices will be emailed to you and are also available in our Customer Portal.
Can I change my payment date?
No, you cannot change your payment date. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. This makes budgeting simple and predictable. With OneRate, you benefit from one contract, transparent billing, and no surprises.
Can I change my package contract to save money?
We have compiled our OneRate packages in a way that you will have best cost-quality-ratio, including all services that give you freedom of mind and focus on your business instead of taking care of your printing. The packages include different volume of prepaid pages to fit them perfectly to your printing needs.
