Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is enhancing the quality of service it provides to its growing partner channel, with investment in a new in-house support team. From 1st June 2024, the enhanced team of Konica Minolta experts will welcome all enquiries and requests regarding its extensive range of office, professional and industrial print solutions and IT services.
When we reinvigorated our Partner Programme we made a firm commitment, to continuously improve the service and support we offer. This new team of Konica Minolta employees will benefit from extensive training, and this is an important milestone in our pledge to provide our partners with readily available access to the in-depth knowledge they need when they need it.

The new team will be led by Lindsay Jackson and Carla Setter. Lindsay, and Carla bring a wealth of experience supporting partners and customers throughout the UK. Lindsay said, "Our new team will be on hand to provide the highest levels of service and support that our partners and customers expect from us. Every member of the team has received extensive training and is looking forward to helping our partners and customers."
The new support team will be taking enquiries from 1st June. All contact information will remain unchanged to provide a seamless transition to the new improved service.
