London, UK | 4 October 2024

The Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd team joined our Elite Plus Partner Aurora, at The Print Show 2024 (17th-19th September) to showcase our combined expertise in end-to-end production print. Following its remarkable 35% production print sales growth since last year’s event, managed print provider Aurora’s team was joined again by our specialists at the event at the NEC in Birmingham.

Pete Bentley-Whittaker, Head of Production Print at Aurora commented, “Having enjoyed considerable interest last year, The Print Show 2024 was again the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the latest and best in production print technology and to meet the people that make our industry tick. Following our considerable production print growth this was the perfect opportunity to re-engage with visitors, help shape expectations, and show how our close technology partnership with Konica Minolta and its well-deserved reputation for quality and reliability, combined with our own exceptional levels of service and specialist-trained in-house customer and technical support team, can help print firms fully grasp the considerable opportunities in the market.”

To give visitors greater insights into key trends which are shaping the print industry landscape, both Aurora’s and Konica Minolta’s stands focussed on the options for Print on Demand, wide format, and digital print solutions. Paul Atkins, Production Print Partner Business Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd also joined the Aurora stand to present the high-quality, versatile, and highly productive performance of the AccurioPress C7100 production print press. Featuring real-time quality and VDP inspection through the unique IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Care Unit and full finishing capabilities, the AccurioPress C7100 is an ideal centrepiece for any production print line.

Paul Atkins also commented, “Aurora is our largest managed print partner in the UK, and we are proud of our close partnership. Print is a highly visual and tactile medium, so it’s important that customers can engage with the technology and witness the results first-hand, at events such as this or at our purpose-built Client Engagement Centre near Luton in Bedfordshire, to understand how the hardware and software elements combine to make print businesses more efficient and profitable. By working closely with Aurora, we strive to make it easier for print companies to source, finance, and run the most suitable technology for their needs, helping the UK print industry to evolve and succeed.”

Reflecting on the success of this year’s event, Pete Bentley-Whittaker added, “This year’s Print Show was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with both familiar faces and new contacts. We’re proud to have showcased the innovative technology that is driving real growth for print businesses, and we're excited to continue supporting the industry. For those who couldn’t make it, our Coventry showroom is always open for a hands-on experience with our latest solutions. We look forward to continuing these conversations and helping businesses maximise their potential with our expertise and world-class support.”
