In March 2013 Konica Minolta ceased the supply of Magicolor and Pagepro products in Europe. From April 1st 2017 we will no longer provide telephone or onsite support for these models. Ongoing assistance (drivers, troubleshooting etc.) will continue to be available via our online knowledge base – access this support HERE.
Should you have any technical issue with new consumables that you have purchased please contact the retailer you purchased the item from originally.
