Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has a new Managing Director with the recent appointment on 1 June of Mr Yuki Kobayashi. During the last five years Mr Kobayashi has held a number of senior positions including Head of Human Resources and also Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Corporate Headquarters in Japan.

A native of Tokyo, Japan, Mr Kobayashi graduated from Waseda University, Tokyo with a degree in business and joined the company in 1977. He lives in Milton Keynes and outside of work he has a keen interest in jazz music. His stated goal for Konica Minolta Business Solutions is to achieve market leadership in the UK and European colour imaging market.

Mr Kobayashi succeeds Mr Yasuyuki Kada, who is retiring from the company after 37 years of service.
