Dear PagePro 1380 MF customer,

We have found a production error in some of the Utilities & Documentation CD-ROMs included with your PagePro 1380 MF printer. To determine if your CD-ROM is affected, please type in your product serial number. You will be asked to provide the CD-ROM part number so please keep your original CD-ROM at hand.

Note: The Product Serial number consists of 10 digits and can be found on the right side of the printer.
