Job accounting

An internal accounting function allows you to track data about every print job received. Real-time information regarding toner and consumables status, required maintenance, printer jams etc. can be viewed in an instant, providing an overview of print usage and costs per department.

System Requirements:

  • Hard Disk
  • Enable Accounting through PageScope Web Connection
  • Job Accounting
  • Error Accounting
  • No sizing questions in configuration
  • Single file for each, grows dynamically as needed

Through PageScope Web Connection it is possible to:

  • Enable Job and/or Error Accounting
  • Retrieve information into a browser or a file
  • Clear/reset accounting

The accounting information is updated every 10 pages and/or at job end.

Function, Job I, Division ID, Charge No., Host, Owner, Receive Time, Finish Time, Job Type, Title, Doc Pages, Copies, Faces, Sheets, Image Type, Format, Data Size, Destination, Finishing, Duplex, Cyan Coverage, Magenta Coverage, Yellow Coverage, Black Coverage, Status, Details, Connection, Paper Size, Media Type and Resolution.
