Secure printing

With Emperon, it is possible to ensure that printing confidential documents remains for your eyes only. Utilising a unique alpha-numeric password that is set prior to initiating a print job, output will be delayed until the user types in their personal code in the front panel of the printer. The document is printed once the code is verified.

There are four different level of secure printing:

  • Proof & print
    Printer prints 1 copy without panel operation. The user can then print the rest of the copies through the panel.
  • Print & hold
    Printer prints all copies of a multiple copy job, and then holds the print job on the printer's HDD for printing additional copies.
  • Stored job
    Printer does not print the job without panel operation.
  • Secured job
    Printer does not print the job without panel operation. Access to job requires 4-digit password
