Terms and Conditions for Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK “Half price magicolor 4695MF”

1. The term of this offer is valid from the 1st June 2009 - 30th September 2009 while promotional stock lasts.
2. £464 offer price excludes any applicable delivery or installation charges and VAT.
3. This offer is valid for customers in the UK and Northern Ireland only.
4. This offer is ONLY available to companies who are current or previous Konica Minolta (QMS) printer users. This special offer promotion is available to end users purchasing a Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd magicolor 4695MF during the promotional period. Five loyalty upgrade offers on the magicolor 4695MF can be claimed per end-user customer (more maybe available at sole discretion Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd).
5. The 3-year End User Warranty consists of a 1-year standard warranty with an additional 2-year extension warranty. The end user must complete a registration form for the additional 2-year warranty within 90 days of purchase at www.konicaminolta.co.uk/printerwarranty. If claims are not received within the 90-day period, the customer will not be able to claim the additional 2-year warranty.
6. Offer is subject to limited availability.
7. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, cashback offers, rebates, special bid pricing and current major account opportunities.
8. Customers can not claim the discounted price retrospectively. Upon Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd signing the form a Reseller will provide a magicolor 4695MF at a cost of £464 plus VAT (excluding delivery and installation charges).
9. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased.
