Support during the Olympic Games 2012
Konica Minolta has a dedicated project team focussing on ensuring our service response times are maintained during the Olympic Games.
We are working closely with the authorities and designing our plans on official information being released by government agencies to aid businesses with any travel issues that may occur.
To ensure our high levels of service are maintainable during the Olympic Games, our project team is considering and planning for a wide range of contingencies. Some of which include an enhanced first and second line telephone support service, flexible shift patterns and a variety of transportation back up plans around the London region.
