1. The discounted magicolor 7450 II, 1650EN and 1690MF prices can be obtained by completing an online form and requesting a call-back (links are listed below) or by contacting your preferred reseller.

   (B) 3 Years Warranty:
3. The 3 year End User Warranty offer consists of a 1 year standard warranty with an additional 2 year extension warranty. The End User must complete a registration form for the additional 2yrs warranty at www.konicaminolta.co.uk/printerwarranty within 90 days of purchase.

   (C) Half Price Toner:
6. The term of the promotion is from 1st July 2009 to 30th September 2009.
7. This offer is valid for customers in the Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.
8. This promotion is available to END USERS ONLY, who purchase a new Konica Minolta magicolor 8650DN, 5600 range, 4650EN or 4650DN printer from a Konica Minolta Business Solutions IT Dealership that has been approved to provide this offer to end users and has purchased from an approved UK Distributor.
9. This offer comprises of half the recommended retail price high capacity toner pack (C,M,Y toners) on the above mentioned printers. A valid claim form complete with proof of purchase must be received for each magicolor printer within 28 days of purchase. If claims are not received within the 28 day period then customers will not be able to claim the half price toner offer.
10. Please allow 14 days for your claim to be processed. Once authorised you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique authorisation number so that you can place your order directly for the half price toner pack. You must place this order within 7 days of receiving the unique authorisation number.
11. A delivery charge will apply.

13. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive, special bid or project pricing offered by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd.
14. Invalid submissions will not be returned and shall become the property of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. An email will be sent to confirm registration of the claim.
15. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased.
16. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before processing any claim.
17. Void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.
18. The decision of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is final. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, altered illegible, late or mutilated.
19. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions and proof(s) of purchase for your records.
20. Claims submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd resellers, retailers, distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives will not be accepted. The decision of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd in such matters will be final.
21. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in cancellation of the claim
22. If for whatever reason the printer purchased is returned or money refunded, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd will require the refund of any monies paid or equivelant value of the items received under the Summer Promtions.
