Terms and Conditions for Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK “3 year warranty”

You must accept the terms and conditions at the bottom to claim the warranty

  1. The FREE 3-year warranty is valid for products bought and used in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The warranty will not be valid for products that are exported outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  2. This promotion is only available to end users, who purchase a new Konica Minolta magicolor or pagepro printer from a Konica Minolta Business Solutions IT Dealership that has purchased from an authorised UK Distributor.
  3. A valid claim form must be received for each magicolor or pagepro printer within 90 days of purchase. If claims are not received within the 90 days period, customers will not be able to claim the 3-year warranty offer.
  4. The 3-year warranty offer consists of a 1-year standard warranty with an additional 2-year extension warranty.
  5. The additional 2-year warranty is subject to the printer user using Konica Minolta original consumables only.
  6. On receipt of your claim, it may take up to 28 days to be processed. During this time, you will receive an email from Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd confirming receipt and the details of your claim. If you have not received an email confirmation after 28 days, please contact Konica Minolta within a further 28 days on 01908 200400, press 0 and ask for the IT Channel. Invalid submissions will not be returned and shall become the property of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd.
  7. The 3-year warranty excludes parts and components that are termed as “consumable” or “supplies” and “user fit maintenance parts”.
  8. The 3-year warranty also includes all other options when purchased at the same time as the printer.
  9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive or special bid or project pricing offered by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd. This agreement is not transferable.
  10. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, regardless of the number of printers purchased.
  11. Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd  shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require such further verification as to the identity and details of the claimant and/or the verification as to their qualifying purchase before processing any claim.
  12. Void where prohibited by law or where otherwise restricted.
  13. The decision of Konica Minolta is final. Konica Minolta accepts no responsibility for claims or accompanying documentation lost, misdirected, altered illegible, late or mutilated.
  14. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions and proof(s) of purchase for your records.
  15. Claims submitted by Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd dealers, retailers, or distributors or companies engaged in the leasing or hiring of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd equipment, the directors or employees of such companies or their relatives will not be accepted. The decision of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd in such matters will be final.
  16. By entering this claim you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in cancellation of the 3-year warranty.
  17. This offer is valid for printers purchased from 1st October 2008.
