- Protection from a Total Volume Guarantee, which pledges that your Konica Minolta Copier/Printer will produce the guaranteed volumes quoted for a period of up to 5 years. If at any point during the agreement your machine ceases to be able to produce copies/prints, we will replace it and fulfil our commitment.
- A nationwide network of extensively trained Konica Minolta Field Service Engineers supported by 3 strategically-located service centres. They handle the service requirements of over 60,000 machines across the UK and provide customers with a national average call-out time of under 4 working hours.
- Preventative maintenance to safeguard the performance of your equipment and deliver maximum up-times. All Konica Minolta machines are designed to advise the user – via the control panel – when preventative maintenance is due. The PM is carried out by a Konica Minolta engineer, replacing parts before they may fail, thus ensuring continuous quality and trouble-free copying and printing.
- New driver software upgrades and revisions. These are introduced on a continual basis and our engineers will install them and explain the added benefits that they bring. As main-body application fixes, upgrades and revisions become available, these firmware updates can be installed by a trained technician or remotely via CSREMOTE - our remote diagnostics system.
- A Customer Hotline Centre and Replication Laboratory. From here customers with networked products are provided with access to a hotline support team who will help them with any difficulties they may be having with their Konica Minolta printer/copier, controller or network card. The centre houses a collection of printer/copiers, software, controllers and applications on which customer situations can be replicated to aid a rapid solution to the problem.
