Predicating problems makes it easier to resolve them

The CS Remote Care Alert Module keeps us fully up to date with how your bizhub device is working. Each device is packed with monitoring devices which check and adjust settings constantly, keeping quality up and failure down. Any problem detected is reported by CS Remote Care so that we know about it before you even detect it, so we can help you straight away, accurately and quickly.

Time for a check-up ?

All Konica Minolta bizhub devices incorporate a Preventative Maintenance (PM) programme, calling for a service at set intervals, involving cleaning, replacement of consumable parts such as rollers etc, to maintain the high quality output you are used to from bizhub. CS Remote Care will tell us when that PM service is due, so that we can schedule a visit, together with the necessary parts at a time to suit you.

More toner?

bizhub products not only know how well they are working, they also know when they are starting to run low on toner, or when an imaging unit is becoming due for replacement. They will then call our CS Remote Care server and place a call for more toner, or imaging unit, as necessary. Our systems will process that order and ship it to you direct!

No need to read the meter!

Not only does CS Remote Care tell us of impending technical problems, call for service and order your toner, it also takes away the annoying burden of supplying us with meter readings. Our CS Remote Care server will phone your machine (with no impact on your use of it) and obtain the meter reading.*

-  No more need to fill in meter cards or interrupt your work when we call you for a reading.
-  Latest, up to date, accurate readings are used for invoicing
-  Invoices are always correct – no risk of mis-reading at your end,or of mis-keying at ours
-  Invoices continue to show readings used

Messages like “out of toner” are history. By analysing machine data and meter counts, CSRC offers a perfect inventory control system for you. Never will you have “no toner” – nor too much.
